The deluxe king room we booked was spacious and clean, with all the required amenities (except there are no cutleries). The toilet could use a bidet (haha!). Checkin was smooth and the concierge was accommodating as we had to leave our luggage at the hotel for a few days because we were headed to another province and will be back to stay at the hotel after the trip. Each room is provided with 2 reusable water bottles which you can also carry out of the hotel, and there is a water station on every floor. The hotel location is convenient as you have Yuyuan Rd right next to it, with many local eateries along Dingxi Rd as well. The hotel is accessible via Metro Line 2 which can get you direct to Pudong International Airport in approx 1.5hrs (and only 7 Yuan one way!)

Staff were friendly and helpful and all facilities were spotless and clean. Room was a good size and location was close to subway and stores.
